1) Credit card payments
First time credit card users will be required to submit to us a copy of their ID document, proof of residential address, eg. Utility bill or Telkom statement, together with a copy of the front and back of the credit card. We submit these documents to the cardholder's issuing bank for verification. Please note that this process may take a few days, and that we will only lift the restriction after we have verified the cardholder's identity. We apologise for the inconvenience, but this policy is in effect due to the high number of fraudulent transactions. Credit Card Transactions are acquired by MyGate Communications (Pty) Ltd, a registered systems operator and payment gateway in South Africa. Card Holders may go to

2) Electronic Funds Transfer
Customers may choose to make payment by EFT. There are multiple accounts for your convenience. Please make payment into one and select to send confirmation of payment to
info@easybuyelectronics.co.za at the time of making the transfer. This will speed up confirmation of payment, as we will only start processing the order on confirmation of payment. Our banking detail is:

3) Cash deposit
Customers may also make a direct deposit into our banking account, in which case a service fee of R20 plus 2% of the order value needs to be deposited. Eg. A customer places an order which totals R249 and wishes to pay by cash deposit. He/she would then have to deposit R273.98 into the account in order for us to proceed. Please choose Electronic Funds Transfer as the payment method at checkout and fax a copy of the deposit slip to the number above. In the event of a customer making a cash deposit, and not paying the additional fee, we reserve the right to deduct this fee from the customers Reward Points account.
