Main centres are Johannesburg, Pretoria, Pitermaritzburg, Durban, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, East London, George, Bloemfontein, Kimberley. Deliveries to addresses outside a 50km radius from a Main centre are classified as Regional and delivery times will be affected.
All computer hardware is supplied subject to availability. Customers can normally expect to receive their purchases within 2 - 5 days of confirmation of payment. We will advise customers if we are unable to supply goods within 24hrs. Customers are welcome to contact us to check on availability of stock before paying for an order. Please note that we will only do a refund after 3 days of not being able to supply a product. Customers should therefore allow for at least two days for delivery (even with overnight delivery), before following up on orders.
We make use of door to door couriers only. We are unable to deliver to PO BOX addresses. Please specify a street address, contact person and contact telephone number in the order comments at checkout, if this information is different for the user placing an order. Customers can specify up to 4 alternate addresses in their account profile for delivery.

EasyBuy Electronics reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet standards. Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.
EasyBuy Electronics guarantees the delivery of goods and in proper working order. We need to be notified of goods received defective within 48hrs of the customer signing for them. Goods received defective may be returned to EasyBuy Electronics at no cost to the customer. We will arrange to collect the faulty goods, repair or replace them, and return them to the customer. Hereafter all shipping charges between the customer and EasyBuy Electronics will be for the customer's account. Please note that if returned goods, deemed to be defective by the customer, are found to be in proper working condition, then the customer will be liable for the above shipping charges together with any handling fees the supplier may levy. Goods need to be returned in their original packaging together with all package contents.
Items such as mainboards, hard drives, memory modules, processors in particular need to be returned in their anti-static bags, even if the item was DOA (Dead on Arrival).
